  • We do not collect precise geolocation information

Your data is used exclusively for the following purposes:

  • Service delivery: Processing generation requests, managing your account, handling credits, and maintaining your personal gallery
  • Payment processing: Facilitating purchases and subscription management through Whop
  • Customer support: Addressing your inquiries and resolving any issues

4. How We Share Your Information

We only share your data in the following situations:

  • AI model providers: Your input content (prompts and uploaded images) is transmitted to third-party AI providers in order to fulfill your generation requests. Each provider processes your data in accordance with their own privacy policy.
  • Payment processor:Whop handles all payment transactions. Please refer to Whop's Privacy Policy for details on how they manage your data.
  • Cloud storage: Generated content is stored using secure cloud infrastructure (including object storage and database services operated by our hosting providers).
  • Legal obligations: We may disclose information when required to do so by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Ausar and its users.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

5. Data Retention

  • Account data: Kept for as long as your account remains active. You may request deletion at any time.
  • Generated content: Images and videos stored in your gallery are retained until you remove them or close your account.
  • Payment records: Transaction history is retained as required by applicable tax and accounting regulations.
  • Support communications: Kept for a reasonable period to ensure service continuity and quality.

6. Data Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect your personal information, including:

  • Encrypted data transmission via HTTPS/TLS
